Welcome to MyReelGen AI (“we”, “our”, “us”).
By accessing or using the MyReelGen AI platform, you (“user”, “you”) agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, you may not use our services.

MyReelGen AI operates under Eval Info and Legacy Fusion LLC.

1. Overview of Service

MyReelGen AI provides AI-generated videos and images using models such as:

  • Sora (OpenAI)
  • Veo (Google DeepMind)
  • Grok Imagine (xAI)
  • Hailuo (MiniMax)

Users can generate content using purchased credits.
The service is digital and provided on a subscription-free, pay-per-generation basis.

2. Eligibility

To use MyReelGen AI, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction.
  • Create an account with accurate information.
  • Agree to these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy.

3. Account Registration

Users may register through:

  • Email + password
  • Social login (Google, etc.)

You are responsible for:

  • Keeping login credentials secure
  • All activity under your account
  • Updating any incorrect or outdated account information

We may suspend or terminate accounts for suspicious or abusive activity.

4. Credits & Payments

4.1 Credit System

MyReelGen AI uses a credit system:

  • Users purchase credits (e.g., $5, $10 packages)
  • Credits are consumed when generating videos/images
  • Credits are non-transferable and non-refundable once used

4.2 Payment Processing

All payments are securely handled by Stripe.
We do not store or process credit/debit card information.

4.3 Refund Policy

  • No refunds are issued for used credits or completed generations
  • Refunds may only be issued in cases of duplicate payment or technical errors, at our discretion
  • Users must contact support within 48 hours if an issue occurs

5. Use of AI Models

By using MyReelGen AI, you understand and agree that:

  • Your prompts, text, images, and videos are securely sent to third-party AI model providers solely to process your request.
  • Generated output quality may vary and is not guaranteed.
  • Some models may apply usage restrictions or safety filters.

We are not responsible for:

  • AI model changes
  • Unexpected output
  • Model downtime from external providers

6. User-Generated Content

You retain ownership of the prompts, images, and videos you generate.

However, by using our service, you grant us a limited license to:

  • Process your content
  • Temporarily store generated outputs
  • Display your content within your user account

We do not share your content with the public or other users.

6.1 Content Storage

  • Generated content is stored temporarily for 24–72 hours
  • Content may be deleted automatically without notice
  • MyReelGen AI is not responsible for lost content after auto-deletion

Users should download their generated files promptly.

7. Prohibited Use

You may not use MyReelGen AI to create or share:

  • Illegal material
  • Copyrighted content without permission
  • Deepfakes of real individuals without consent
  • Adult/explicit content involving minors
  • Violent, hateful, or extremist content
  • Content that violates the terms of third-party AI providers
  • Content intended to mislead or cause harm

Violation may result in immediate account termination.

8. Intellectual Property

All platform features, branding, design, and technology belong to MyReelGen AI, Eval Info, and Legacy Fusion LLC.

Users may not:

  • Copy or resell the platform
  • Reverse-engineer the backend
  • Scrape or abuse the API
  • Attempt to access restricted parts of the system

9. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high uptime but do not guarantee:

  • Uninterrupted service
  • Error-free operation
  • Availability of all AI models at all times

Service may be affected by:

  • Third-party model outages
  • Maintenance
  • Technical issues
  • High server load

We are not liable for losses caused by downtime.

10. Account Termination

We may suspend or delete accounts for:

  • Violating these Terms
  • Abusive or harmful use
  • Fraud or payment disputes
  • Generating prohibited content

Users may request voluntary account deletion at any time by contacting:

11. Limitation of Liability

MyReelGen AI is provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis.

We are not liable for:

  • Loss of generated files
  • Business or financial losses
  • Damages from output inaccuracies
  • Misuse of AI-generated content
  • Issues caused by third-party model providers

Your use of the platform is at your own risk.

12. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Pakistan, regardless of user location.
