MyReelGen AI (“we”, “our”, “us”) is operated under Eval Info and Legacy Fusion LLC.
This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our AI video generation services.
1. Information We Collect
1.1 Account Information
We collect the following when you create an account:
- Name
- Email address
- Password (securely hashed and never stored in plain text)
- Phone number (if provided)
Users may also register using social login (Google, Facebook, etc.). In these cases, we receive the information authorized through the social provider.
2. User-Generated Content
We collect and temporarily store:
- Text prompts
- Uploaded images
- Uploaded videos
- Generated output (videos/images)
All generated content is stored only inside the user’s account for convenience and is automatically deleted within 24–72 hours, unless the user manually saves or downloads it.
3. Payment Information
We do not collect or store any credit/debit card details.
All payment processing is handled securely through Stripe, which collects and processes payment data under its own Privacy Policy.
We only receive:
- Payment status
- Transaction confirmation
- Credit balance updates
No sensitive payment information passes through our servers.
4. How We Use Your Information
We use collected data to:
- Create and manage user accounts
- Provide AI video and image generation services
- Process credit-based payments
- Improve platform performance
- Prevent fraud or misuse
- Communicate service updates or support messages
We do not sell or rent user data.
5. How AI Models Handle Your Data
When you submit prompts, images, or videos for generation, the content is securely sent to third-party AI model providers, including:
- OpenAI (Sora series)
- Google DeepMind (Veo series)
- xAI (Grok Imagine)
- MiniMax (Hailuo models)
We send this data only to process your request.
We do not allow model providers to use your data to train their models unless their policy already ensures privacy by default.
6. Data Storage & Security
We use Supabase and Vercel as part of our infrastructure.
Your content and data are encrypted and protected using industry-standard security controls.
6.1 Temporary Content Storage
User-generated content is stored for 24–72 hours and then automatically removed from our servers unless saved by the user.
7. Your Rights
Users may:
- Access their data
- Request account deletion
- Remove stored generated content
- Update personal information

8. Social Login Data
If you sign in with Google or another provider, we may receive limited profile information such as:

- Profile photo (if provided)
We use this only to create and manage your MyReelGen AI account.

We use basic cookies and analytics tools to:
- Maintain login sessions
- Improve app performance
We do not use tracking cookies for advertising.
10. Children’s Privacy
MyReelGen AI is not intended for users under 13 years of age.
We do not knowingly collect information from minors.
