Refund & No-Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to all digital credits, purchases, and AI generation services offered on MyReelGen AI, operated under Eval Info and Legacy Fusion LLC.

1. Digital Credits Are Non-Refundable

All credits purchased on MyReelGen AI are non-refundable once:

  • Credits are successfully added to your account
  • Any portion of the credits has been used
  • A generation request has been processed

Since our product is a digital service delivered instantly, we cannot reverse transactions after credits are applied.

2. No Refunds for Generated Content

Refunds cannot be issued for:

  • Completed AI-generated videos or images
  • Poor-quality results
  • Incorrect prompt usage
  • Variations in output style, length, or realism
  • Failed generations caused by unsupported or inappropriate prompts

AI output quality may vary based on the selected model, prompt clarity, and model provider limitations.

3. When Refunds May Be Considered

Refunds may be granted only under the following conditions:

3.1 Duplicate Payment

If you were charged twice for the same transaction.

3.2 Technical Error During Payment

If Stripe confirms that a payment failed but credits were not delivered.

3.3 Unauthorized Transactions

If your account was accessed without permission (requires proof).

Important:

All refund decisions are at the discretion of MyReelGen AI after investigating the claim.

4. No Refunds for Misuse or Policy Violations

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Account suspension due to policy violations
  • Generating prohibited or harmful content
  • Attempting to reverse Stripe payments after credit usage

5. Content Storage Disclaimer

MyReelGen AI temporarily stores generated content for 24–72 hours.
We are not responsible for:

  • Lost files
  • Expired content
  • Missed downloads

Users are responsible for saving their files before auto-deletion.

6. How to Request a Refund (Eligible Cases Only)

If you believe you qualify for a refund based on Section 3, contact us at:

Please include:

  1. Full name
  2. Registered email address
  3. Transaction ID
  4. Amount paid
  5. Reason for refund request
  6. Screenshots (if applicable)

We typically respond within 1–3 business days.

7. Payment Processor

All payments are securely handled by:

Stripe, Inc.
We do not store or control card information.

Stripe’s own policies also apply to digital purchases.

8. Acceptance of This Policy

By purchasing credits or using MyReelGen AI, you acknowledge and agree to this Refund & No-Refund Policy.
